Apparently we are being told Zari consumes milk and yoghurt more than you can image. Her new pregnancy demands started 2 days back and she decided to stock boxes of dairy but we are being told they are now empty.

She posted on social media and bragged about the habit with a picture of her holding yoghurt teen.  
She has been talking milk all the time and this forced us to consult from doctors if this could cause or have any problem to the unborn baby… According to the doctor, this’s what he had to say..” Yogurt during Pregnancy: Remember that you should always avoid unpasteurized yogurt, but there are a few other types you should avoid: full-fat yogurt and other full-fat dairy foods. That’s because the excess amounts of saturated fat aren’t good for anyone, especially for pregnant women. Eating these types of yogurt can contribute to heart problems, digestive problems, and excessive weight gain. Always look for low-fat or fat-free yogurt and dairy products.”
